The procedure below applies to appeals against publication acceptances, complaints related to rejection of research, long delays in processing and publishing it, complaints about publishing ethics, plagiarism and others, as the editor-in-chief deals with the complaint in the first place, and after him the editor in charge of the journal or the arbitrator who dealt with the research.
